I still have have time left on my edhelper.com subscription but I don't use it as much as I use to. I been using enchantedlearning.com quite a bit this year (due to being mostly geography this year). I just started nosing around abcteach.com and started printing out some of their worksheets for the kiddos. I may not continue with edhelper because I am like the change of 'scenery' with the other site. anyone have the paid version? is/was it worth it for you?

Yes I know I can get free print outs but I like the ad free just go in and print it out way. I do like my homeschoolshare site but don't use it as much because I just don't like lapbooing. too much like scrapbooking and I don't care for that either.

I bought the subscription for edhelper this year, and I've used some, but not as much as I thought I would. I like their "reading comprehensions" but some have mistakes - I've notified them of mistakes I found, but have not seen it corrected yet nor heard one word from them about it.

I also bought the subscription for schoolexpress.com this year, and I've downloaded a lot but haven't used it all yet. I've found a major mistake in one page that has to do with maps, and notified them, but haven't seen it corrected nor heard one word back from them about it either. Couple of days ago, I found another mistake, when their article said Martin Luther King Jr. was a "paster" instead of a pastor.

I'll be looking for others for next year before I subscribe to either of these again.

I have abcteach and have only used it like 2 times this whole year (bought it throught HSBC last Feb), it's due to renew and I'm not sure I want to... I WANT to use it but I simply don't.

I have TeacherFileBox (also through HSBC) and have used it more.. not sure $60 worth for the year, but I'm for sure keeping that one because it has all the History Pockets on it and all the Literature Pockets and tons and tons of other things I plan to take advantage of.

I just signed up for a year for www.teachnology.com it has some good worksheets. They aren't set up the best and am I not overly impressed. To be honest I am rather dissappointed with the quality of the worksheets. I wish I had joined A-Z reading instead. Just thought I would mention this so others don't join for nothing.

I bought edhelper about a year and a half ago, but I never used it. I tried, I just didn't see anything I liked once I got started on something. I like enchanted learning, but I know some of the printables there have mistakes in them. (Not that every site doesn't have it's fair share of mistakes, of course.) I don't really know much about abcteach. I decided not to bother with another site of that type after seeing the first two.

ABCTeach or EdHelper??? Neither...they both cost money. Try the Have Fun Teaching website. Better quality printables that are free and actually made by a teacher.

So I just checked out abcteach again.. they have really updated the layout of it and it's way easy to navigate now.

havefunteaching.. free things are great, but really when I'm looking for a worksheet or something to use with the kids, I dont have the time or the patience to wade through an ad supported site. I would much rather spend a small amount and get everything without seeing a billion little distractions all over the page, get what I need and get out of there.

I have a subscription to ABC teach and I LOVE IT! I print things from it at least once a week, it has more than paid for itself. I recently just renewed it again for 2 years because I had a code for a discount. I use it tons, and I love it. We use it for user generated worksheets, mini offices, little worksheets and games, and when I start the little one on activities I know there will be tons of stuff there for him! There are so many great things on that site.
