my oldest has been doing art forever and I just put her in art class at art museum or look for art teacher. we also did YMCA they have a art for the younger ones.
We are moving in 3 months to a town that has child art classes through the fine arts center but I have no idea how much they cost. I am going to find out though and if it reasonable I may just hold off on buying anything now. I think after looking though that I really like the Kinkade. Looks great! Heck I may use it because I can't draw a straight line!
