For those of you that know I had Ezra 3 1/2 months early. I was due May 13th and he came Feb. 4th. I was only 26 weeks. He was 2 lbs 1 oz at birth and dropped to 1 lb 11 oz during his first week. He is now 9 1/2 weeks old and weighs 4 lbs 9 oz!! He is still in the NICU but praying he comes home in the next two weeks. He is breathing with very little help and is nursing really well!!
What a blessing little Ezra is! My dd10 and I were just looking at your website and she just couldn't get over how tiny he is. So I explained that he was premature and has had to have very special care to help him become strong enough to go home. We will be praying tht he continues to do well and get to come home soon!
Crystal, that is wonderful news. I hope and pray he gets well soon and comes home with all the family..... Thanks for the update...
That is so great Crystal! I'm glad he's doing so well! What a great kid and an amazing God, eh?!!! I can't wait to hold him in PA---that is, if I'm allowed to!
Crystal, I am so happy to hear your little one is gaining! Praise God!!! I am praying that you will be able to bring Ezra home soon. Patty
Crystal, I am happy to hear that Ezra is doing well. I checked out your blog and I love it! Your children are just precious. When I see big families like yours, it makes me want to have a few more!
Wow, that's quite a weight gain! Glad he's doing so well, I can't wait to meet him (and you!) in person!
I am so very happy that he is doing so well, Crystal. Thanks for keeping us updated. Love you all, Lorna
Crystal I know those trips to the NICU must be wearing you and the family down, I know you want to be there every waking moment. I couldn't pull up your blog, I'll try later. It sounds like he is doing very well. Rule #1 of the NICU: BREATH, BREATH, BREATH!
wow! Crystal he looking better and better all the time. I think he has his daddy's nose... the family looks so proud and so happy. Sure wish I could of came to King tut, jut to see the baby if nothing else...
