It just dawned on me in replying to Rhonda's post about going out of town that I will be alone for several nights with hubby AND I get two girls nights in a row. My best friend and I are taking my two girls to their grandparents for the week just because the grandparents are begging for them to come. We will drop them off and go stay at another childhood friend's house. He is awesome. We three have been friends since we were 6 and we are all 32 now. We were in choir together were all really close. We're all going out to dinner and then to sing karaoke! Then Saturday we will head back to Houston and go to my other friends house in the Heights. Us three girls are going to celebrate her birthday and I know we are gonna have some fun. We three have been friends sicne 6th grade and probably these two people are my closests friends ever. We could never be enemies - they know all my secrets. So we are going out to dinner and then for drinks and back to her house to sleep. We also plan to go to breakfast the next morning. This weekend is going to be so awesome!!!! My hubby's best friend is coming for the weekend. They are going to hear a band on Friday night and cook out on Saturday. I have the most awesome family and best friends ever!!!:lol:
Wow....all that sounds much better than driving 16 hours to MO (on my son's 6th birthday....poor guy!). Have fun!
Wow...I am moving to Texas. Seems to me that either in real life or on tv Texans have the most fun and have the most to do. My friend who moved to Texas said there is always something fun going on! have a great and safe weekend!
Come on Ava! Then I can babysit!!! It'll be fairly lowkey, nothing wild or anything, just will be nice to be away. Since I am paying for gas my friend is buying my dinners which will be real nice. I am going to miss my husband soooo much though. I'm going to be on my cell phone quite a bit.
