Fall Baking?

    I got out all the ingredients for making bread today only to realize that my jar of yeast expired in March. That it took me this long to realize is a pretty good indicator of how hot it was this Summer.

    Amy, proof your yeast. It might still be good. I have used expired yeast and it worked fine. Depending on how it was stored and temps, yours might be good.
