I assume it's flying ants, that's what it looks like to me. (I'm in GA)
They are eating me alive. And their bites/stings HURT and itch BAD.

They aren't in the house. We've never had any real bug problems as hubby sprays monthly and it seems to work quite well. But when I go outside I get bit quite a bit. I just came in a minute ago and one was under my watch, bite me, I reacted and thought I killed it but it somehow got into my shorts and bit me about 5 times on my leg before I could find it and kill it! Now my leg and wrist stings, burns and itches soooo bad. Benadryl cream doesn't even seem to help and I have huge bumps where I was bit.

It feels more like a bee sting than any kind of bug bite I've ever got.

They've been biting me for about 3 days. I have bites all over my legs, arms, neck, back and boobs!

Anyone know A) how to get rid of them and B) how to treat the bites

When I read flying ants, I immediately thought Oh no! Termites! but I've never known termites to bite people. What color and size are these things? Can you post a picture??

ETA: a quick web search indicated that they might be ants, tiny wasps, or some other tiny hymenoptera, or midges, or thrips.

have you tried skin so soft as a bug replellent? you can get it through Avon, I have a web site I can send you to order from if you want some..
This stuff works on moskeitos really well and keeps your skin nice and soft in the mean time. I have put it on bites after the fact and it seems tohelp in the healing as well as I dont itch so much!

btw i have seen flying ants, I heard they bite but thank God I have never been bit by any.. just anything else that could bite you! Horse flies are the worst!

Also you may want to put some cortizone on the bites you already have now, as well as take some benedryle it sounds like you may be allergic!
