Hey Ladies! I found a great site the other day. It's www.thehomeschoolmom.com. I've not browsed it a lot but there is a section where they will send you a weekly menu plan complete with a shopping list. Got my first menu today and it looks pretty reasonable as far as the menu plan and the cost of the groceries. Enjoy! ETA: I forgot to mention that the menu is FREE!!!!
