This thread is helping me keep focused today, I want to get things ready but am still working on Summer Camps and stuff, but I keep seeing posts from this so I book marked your web site/pages and will be able to return later.
I have to admit I am quite nervous about teaching High School with just the one kid. For some reason I had no worries when I had more than one with DD, and ds being in grade school still, I at least could work to with one another to a certain degree, and have one work with the younger while I graded. This year will be just us doing work. I have to figure how to make it fun.

Thanks for the reassurance:) I really can't wait to have them all home, but sometimes freak out a little about being able to meet their needs well. My girls are close in age and honestly will most likely be doing the same level of work most of the time as my 2nd is quite bright and catches onto things very quickly. The curve ball is the 3 year old little man in the house. We're doing very light summer learning, so he's being "trained" in acceptable activities during this time:) He loves our "geo"time and plays with the inflatable globe while still taking in what the girls are doing. It's pretty funny to hear him rounding them up for "Geo time girls!!" Just wanted to say thanks again!

I have to wait till August to get mine set up, too much going on.. but then I saw staples binder on sale this week so I may get it started now and then finish up, I have the cover chosen and style so ds can do the student one and I will do the other one for me... This way he can get the feel of High School responsiblity of writting in his own planner when his written asignments are due, and when he needs to turn in a test it will be on the printed version cause I am writing in the LP days that are due for bonus prize and due for day off prize and late penalty days.. Planners will have PIZZA Movie "{Dooms DAY} as well so that he can stay on track ( we).

Just wanted to bump this up and say that this is a GREAT planner! I've never used one. To be honest, the thought of planning a school year out scared me. And besides, I couldn't find a planner that fit me and my family. THIS one does because I can make it the way I want it! There are lots of printables that she has on her site along with links to other planner pages that you can print out if you want/need them. Happy planning!!
