The post office received my dvds a month early which is good but again they didn't send them to my PO Box but to the physical address. Alaska is different then the lower 48 - mail goes to the post office not physical. I had asked them to change it several times and they didn't so my dvds got sent back. The post office told me the next day so I called abeka and they finally said they would change it and send them out. Three weeks later still no dvds, I called them and they forgot to ship them. So last Monday they were shipping them out. I reminded them that my start date is the 22nd, no problem they assured me. Well, Friday I got the dvds and only two subjects! Called them this am and they don't know what happened but they will get them out right away which means I won't have them until Friday, sigh. I asked them if they would do video streaming until I get them and they won't. Typically it would not matter but she is a senior this year and we went acreddited, she needs to be done by the end of April to get her diploma. For the amount of money we pay I'm disappointed that this has been happening. We have used them for many years and had more and more issues the past few years. I guess I just needed to vent.
They need to do something- give you a discount, let your daughter have more time to finish, let you do the streaming for a week or two, but something. This is frustrating. I would call back and let them know that something has to give or you will be letting everyone know your situation. I don't know what else to do.
