I think we had a good father's day, though I was sick. 1) I made pancakes this morning (even with white chocolate and cranberry crasins) --- even went and did it before I got on the computer! 2) I'm feeling a little better today 3) I can't wait for our bath tub to totally be done and then we even have a NEW toilet!!!! -- Simple pleasures I guess.(tub guys will be here today or tomorrow)
Amy, I hope you are feeling better, are you sick with the flu or what. I hope you tub comes soon. Everyone will be in the tub for days at Amy's house. 1. it's warm again today. 2. dh is looking for a new job pray we find something soon. 3. going to take girls swimming today.
I am not sick, but I have had a HORRIBLE headache since yesterday. I'm sure it has nothing to do with having to sit in the smoking room at the restaurant... 1. It is raining AGAIN today. I have never seen it rain so much in this state! 2. I am going to make some crock pot lasagna today. 3. I have a mountain of laundry from our weekend away. Ugh!
Raining here again too. 1. We had our first day of VBS today and it was great with the exception of a couple women who apparently just like to cause problems for each other. 2. We delivered Samantha's b-day invitations to all her friends. She'll be 11 tomorrow!!! 3. I had four kids here for lunch today. We had pizza, juice boxes and popsicles.

I am not feeling 100 percent better but a little better. 1) we are getting closer to getting the tub done, the guy had to fix the circut breaker today because he shorted it out doing the tub. 2) its been a pretty good day, I have to run the dish washer again!-- yesterday I put a pan in and it had dried soap on it and I opened the dishwasher and it had suds coming out like a bad sit-com. 3) I recieved from a swap I was in yesterday, it was a fun summer theme one. All around ice cream!
Ok, so I was the last to post here, but it was 4 days ago. 1) I made cookies today. 2) its take out night Pizza/chineese 3) I've slacked off with school, I promised them to get back on Monday. Its really hard when I want them to go outside when its cool and yet thats the best time to do school too. Its 105 right now.
1. VBS ended today and I am so tired but still have a busy weekend. Tomorrow I have a 3 hours camp trianing session, a softball game and Samantha's slumber party!! 2. I have no idea what we are eating for dinner tonight. 3. I bought a really cute craft for the kids to do at teh slumber party tomorrow night. Each child is getting a pair of flip flops with two different colors of material (already cut into strips) that they can tie on for decoration and then they will make tie died paper butterflies.
Our VBS is in July 1. Still working on our renovation - very tiring 2. Elijah came home from camp, we missed him/he missed us, but had a lot of fun. 3. Teaching Sunday School tomorrow - Philip and the Ethopian.
I am teaching Sunday School today too. 1. VBS kick off tonight. Fun fun fun !!! 2. A local drug store hired Bill to work 2 hours a day, 5 days a week. He should get enough hours in to be able to meet his graduation requirements now!!! 3. Freddy has been having heart problems but we think it is under control. Chocolate seems to be what was causing the irregular heartbeat.
Let Freddy know we are thinking of him.. 1. took the girls swimming in the river today. 2. going to walking in the woods soon 3. made steak and mushrooms
Kris I really do envy you! I would love to RV and be where you are. 1. Slumber party last night. Final two girls went to bed at 5am. Got up early, kids left, went to church, I am exhausted but it was fun. 2. Dh grilled chicken for dinner. YUM! 3. The girls are about to take a bath and go to bed. And so am I.
The children are in bed right now. 1. We had spaghetti for lunch 2. Had to do dishes in dish pans, dishwasher and sink not hooked up yet. 3. I am tired of this renovation project, yet exciting too.

ITs going to be hot today already 85 at 8 am 1) Saturday was long. 2) Sunday was long but we did a lot. 3) I'm kind of glad its monday.

I hopeyour day was better.. 1. ladies I need you all to think of my family and keep us in your prayers so much going on right now my head is spinning. 2. washed today and boy I don't know where it all come from. 3. need to get off and clean floors and get supper soon.
Ok, I really like how this thread keeps us connected, so I searched and searched for it! 1) I just loaded the dishwasher. 2) DH's finger that he hurt a few months ago is swollen up again, he took off yesterday for it, but it still hurts and he had to go to work. 3) We are getting ready to start the monsoon season, wish we would see more rain!!
Thanks Amy for keeping this going, I like this thread, too. 1) I haven't loaded the dishwasher yet. 2) I went swimming in the backyard with the children while dh took a short nap. 3) Went to Staples today, got the teacher discount and was allowed more things because I am a "teacher" I'm surprised Nellie didn't get this thread started again, she was on a roll yesterday.
I don't have a dishwasher to load 1) I don't have a favorite color 2) My hubby spent 11 years asking me out 3) Out of my siblings I had the best grades in school, but am the only one who didn't further their education.
