...at the DMV! I know, I know. That's an odd thing to post about. But I know that, at least for me, it's easy to gripe about the bad experiences but difficult to acknowledge when things go well. First of all, there was ZERO wait. None. It took me less than 15 minutes and that was only because the paperwork from the dealership was a hot mess. Despite the hot mess, the woman who helped me was super pleasant. (I made sure to point out how wonderful it was to deal with someone nice at a government office.) And the total bill ended up being about half of what I thought it would be! [Added bonus: AR has Boy Scouts of America license plates; and paying the extra $35 for it still kept my plate fee under what a normal plate would be in MO]
