Jackie.. what are you 30 now... wow you are getting up there in age. Anyway girl I hope you are having a wonderful day.. and many more to come
Yeah, 30 sounds "about right"!!! (And Rachael would be rolling her eyes at that!) Carl and I went out to lunch. We had gift cards, and felt that we might be able to keep the cost to (mostly) what was on the cards if we didn't do dinner! Which reminds me, Marylyn!!! I need to call your little sister and wish her a happy birthday, too!!! (And also to your sweet little Bunny!) (Which is how Marylyn remembers my b-day, btw, for the rest of you!)
Happy birthday. I hope you had a wonderful lunch and that the rest of the day is everything you wish it to be. Beth
Thanks, ladies! Did I tell you what Rachael gave me for my birthday? Three days of sewing at a quilt store!!! There's a place not TOO far away that opens the store one Sunday a month from noon 'til eight, to work on whatever project you happen to be doing. (Diane told me about it, btw, Marylyn! And then SHE only showed up once, lol!!!) Anyway, I went for three months and really got a good bit done. But the cost is $10/session or $25 for all three in a quarter (including snacks and pizza!). I decided I didn't have the money to go back until fall. So Rachael told me she'd pay for it as my b-day present! Wasn't that sweet of her? I REALLY DO enjoy going, and by the end of the next three sessions, I should have a quilt top completely pieced and ready to quilt!
