(Though,like you said, the other thread was similar, and your thoughts there were very worthwhile, too.) I'm kind of sorry to see it end. Maybe someone will write an epilogue! Maybe the "iron sharpens iron" motif would be a fitting summary.

 

Is it all done now? I always come in when things are about done! Like, I just decide to go with a certain style, and then it goes out of style the day I get it, it seems!

Well, it was interesting to read, and if nothing else comes from it, at least we know we can have a civilized discussion on a "hot topic"!

 

Yea, I think we kinda petered out on this one. Guess we will need another one. Someone think of something juicy. lol. I think we covered so much in this one discussion we may be hard pressed for awhile. We covered magic, media, christmas and halloween. lol. Maybe not all in depth but we sure covered a lot.

 

Just wait until October. Halloween will be a hot topic.

Yea...I think we can rest our brains until October. Halloween is on a chruch night for alot of us...lol..this should prove to be fun. lol.

 

Around here, they don't trick-or-treat on Halloween unless it falls on a Saturday. They do it the weekend closest to. Last year it was on my birthday. lol.

 

Well...I was actually talking about churches who celebrate Halloween. Well...they won't say that is what they are doing but it all looks the same. If it walks like a duck and talks like a duck its a duck. lol. My church will have AWANA that night. My church never fails at doing something that makes me cringe. lol.
