I was checking out a website a friend sent to me and there was a review for the "Flashmaster". I clicked on the link below to find out more. http://www.flashmaster.com/ The price is high, unless it actually delivers all it claims to. Ds is only 6, but he's already seen his friends' video games and Game Boys and expresses an interest in those, so I thought this might be an educational alternative. (We don't have video games, etc., and don't plan to get any...we'd rather he used his imagination more. He gets enough TV and some computer time. I want the rest of his play time to be used playing with blocks, Legos, building train track, etc.) Has anyone tried this Flashmaster? Or do you know someone who has? What do you think of it? Thanks you, Ladies! Blessings,
I've never heard of it. Saxon has free math facts on-line for hsers. You type in the number and type you want, then the child fill in the answers. Then they hit grade and it automatically does it. My ds likes this better than the flash cards or regular math facts page. If anyone wants the link, I'll post it. Tammy
I was looking at the saxon site and they have other activities you use too  . Phonics and a few other math programs. You can go directly to the saxon web site and click on-line activities or homeschool. Both will let you see (link you to) the different activities. The math fact link for + - x and division is www.saxonhomeschool.com/activities/basic_fact_sheets/ I love free myself as kids interest and abilities change quickly. hth Tammy
