We have done a couple Download N Go studies, and we are LOVING them! Here is our week with the newest addition, Chocolate Challenge. I'd love to hear your thoughts about these if you've tried them!
I think I downloaded the lego unit and never did anything with it! Gotta go check. Loved the blog, you guys look like you're having sooooo much fun!!!!
I haven't done a Download N Go, but we are going to use her Ocean Unit study this year and it looks great! Glad you shared you DNG, I was wondering about them. Which other ones have you done? Love your blog. I just happened across it a few months back and look at it a lot. I didn't know that you were on here, however. Glad to know that, too.
Kbabe - I went and looked - no lego unit. I guess she only lists current offerings? A lego unit would have been a HUGE hit here...
I have a Lego unit on my blog! It's not a Download N Go . . . it's a smaller four day study. Here it is! Here are our pictures of our fun with it.
I have seen a Lego Unit Study before, I just don't remember where. LOL Would you like for me to look for it? I think it might have beed on easy fun school
You probably know that there is a free ocean lapbook to go with that Amanda Bennett unit study, but just in case you didn't. Here it is. It is a HUGE file, so it will take awhile to download. As far as the Download N Go, we've done Benjamin Franklin, Sunny Seashells, and Chocolate Challenge. My son wants to do more, and he picked out 8 more titles to do sometime this year. Here is our week with Sunny Seashells. It was a great hit, too! I just love that almost everything is done for me. It really helps lighten the load with the unit study. I used to post here more often. I lurk more than anything.
I tried a "Colonial America" one, and only later realized just how much printing was involved, and my ink conked out. I never finished it so I have no idea how it would have worked out. wish I had finished it. I bet it would have been fun. oh well.
We did Christmas.... I love her unit studies! I think for multiple kids they are a lot of fun to do - especially when it does have stuff for all ages. I haven't used it as DNG yet - but have looked at it a lot. I was thinking about something like that as a break unit - just haven't decided.
