You're welcome---I meant it too! And yes, I TOTALLY understand, and am sure others on here will too!

I got my first walk of the week in today. The weather wasn't as good, so I did the 60 minutes on the treadmill. I'm glad I've slowed down some and allowed myself to enjoy the exercise! :) I pushed a little bit more today, but not too much. The bottoms of my feet are sore for some reason.

Anyway, I hope others are doing well, or will just stop in to say hi! :D

    I'll pop in!!:D
My problem is I am craving sweets lately. I was doing alright but my cravings seem to be getting worse. The good thing is I have lost 13 pounds in three weeks. My month is up March 1st. Then I will see the doctor and hopefully I will get the all clear to eat more foods. I plan on continuing the healthy eating but perhaps I will be more satisfied with more variety. As for exercise, I was walking but the weather has been wet or windy so I haven't taken any walks in a few days. Of course my Gazelle has been collecting dust again.

PATTY! Glad you stopped in! I hope you continue to check in here!

I'll pray for you---that the cravings ease up! And that your check up goes well! So, how have you been doing/feeling? Any more "episodes"?

It's great that you lost that weight, even if you WERE forced into it! ;)

I am feeling fabulous; minus my craving for sweets! I am waking up full of energy and feel more comfortable in general. I was getting rashes on my neck for the longest time and these have also stopped since I haven't eaten fast food or junk in general. I have stopped using sweeteners all together and will not use them again. I am drinking only water so I am positive this is cleaning my system.
I did cheat once, last week when we cleaned the church. They served me a cup of coffee. Instead of rejecting it, I took a few sips and my stomach was in knots for a couple of hours. So my stomach isn't completely healed. My test results were negetive! I forgot to post this earlier. Now my doctor will run more to see why this keeps happening to me. But for the most part, I am doing great. At my next appointment she is going to do some tests while she does my well women checkup. I still am bleeding during the month and I still hurt if I run or bend the wrong way. Sometimes the cramping still wakes me up at night. As for my intestinal problem, it really seems to be healing. I haven't had any more bleeding and I am off the medication. Woo Hoo!!! The medication irritated my bladder so much. I felt like I was developing an infection. I drank so much water but it didn't help. Once I finished my meds, it all cleared up.

So, I have been avoiding these threads because I cannot get motivated and they make me feel guilty
But, I really need to lose weight and get healthy this year. I read most of the posts and they were really inspiring. You all are doing a fantastic job! I hope you will not mind if I jump on the bandwagon.

Summer, NEVER feel bad or guilty! Just let it sink in and when you're ready, join in! Are you ready now? I hope so! Find something that works for you and go for it. It's SOOOOO hard to get started, but it feels soooo good once it's done!

    PLEASE join in!

Make sure you transition over to this week's exercise thread!
