Hi! I am new here and new to homeschooling. I have 2 children, Madeline is 8 and will be in 3rd grade and Eli is 6 and will be in Kindegarten this fall. (EEEK! It is coming up fast!) They both attended a private school and we loved it but we really felt God calling us to homeschool. I never thought I would be a homeschool mom and told several friends who homeschool (including my sister) that it wasn't for me and the only way I would consider it is if God made it very clear that I was supposed to do it. Ha! Well, He did make it clear so here we are. After researching for HOURS and HOURS and with the help of my sister who has been homeschooling for the past 10 years I have pieced together my curriculum. I guess you could call it eclectic with a lean towards Charlotte Mason.
