I wanted to introduce myself here as I am looking for a community of homeschoolers that I can connect with as I journey through. I was a public school teacher until my ds was born 10 years ago. He was in public school until we moved back to Illinois from Texas in the middle of 3rd grade. He is 4th grade now and I have a 1st grader too. We are planning on continuing to hs until it no longer works for us. :wink: I have an elementary degree and experience teaching and this past year has been eyeopening. I look forward to discussion with all of you.
