    I have signed up for this email. At first they sent me a bunch to get caught up I guess, but it does have some neat leads into great lessons.

    I get these as well. Before our summer break, I was using them as a warm-up after lunch for ds9. I'd have him read the mini-lesson and then do a notebooking page on it. Quick cut-and-paste type stuff (google image search to the rescue), minimal writing, just something so that what he reads might actually stay in the brain for longer than 2 minutes.
