Has anyone sold books on here? How easy/hard is it? I've never sold anything on the internet, and was told I could get the highest prices there. Any input would be appreciated. Cheers! carol
I've not sold there, but have had friends who have. They haven't had any trouble, and things went fairly easy for them. I take that back. I did try to sell Power Glide French. I was only contacted by one person, who was trying to run a scam. Supposedly they wanted it shipped overseas to a school, but they were going to send me a check for a HUGE amount, and I was to write a check for the difference and send it to Baltimore, and THEY would send it on..... Yeah, right!!! But that is a risk at ANY site, and you just have to use your brain a bit!
I've sold a few things there - don't think I got top $$ - but I think it depends on what it is. I sold a lot of stuff on eBay for a higher $$ - people really can get into the bidding thing.
I have never used it either. I always used Ebay, until they cut me off, for selling Teacher Edition. Like Dana said, the people get into a bidding war and you usually get top dollar. Just don't use the word or words Teacher...
I have not sold there either, I have not had a too great of buying experiences there either. I have sold on Vegsource, here, well trained mind, and a few others, with a lot better turn out. It really all just depends on what you are selling and the demand of it.
ive sold on homeschoolreview.com they have a forum and a swap board so i joined and that is how ive sold my stuff!
I don't find it confusing at all. What I DO find confusing is Vegsource. But when I'm in the market for something used, I'll use ALL sources I can until I find it, including checking Vegsource DAILY.
