I had a homeschooler who helped me to begin to homeschool my 9th grader. She hooked me up with the sos program. This year i decided to homeschool because my daughter was sick a lot and missed a lot of school, so she helped me set up the program on my computer and I removed my daughter from her school. She has decided to go back to school in the 10th grade *weep* But I have contacted the fellow homeschool (she said she would always help) will not answer my emails and I have no idea how to get a review for my daughter to study for her 9th grade stanford test that i have already found thru bob jones press. I need the review for her to study- can anyone help me. please! thank you!
Welcome to the boards. I'm sorry that I can't help you (my oldest is only in K), but I'm sure someone here can.
Welcome! If I am understanding your question correctly, I would go to bju press for the Stanford test. http://www.bjupress.com/webapp/wcs/...gView?storeId=10001&langId=-1&catalogId=10001
I don't need the test i already have that but what i need is the review. I got the test from bob jones press. Thanks anyway-nice of you to help.
The only thing that I could find was a parent prep. Has she taken the Stanford before? Edited to say: I know with the Iowa there is a practice test to get the hang of filling in the dots. I don't know of any study guides to study for the material that would be covered on the test. The material covered in the test is what the student has potentially learned up to that point. Hope that helps.
Spectrum puts out some test prep books available at most book stores. They aren't Stanford specific but standardized tests in general. We used BJU testing last year and I thought they had a link or two to test prep sites....I could be dreaming that though. Can't remember what grade it goes up too but www.getsmarter.org has standardized questions for math and science. My oldest used it last year but she was in 3rd grade...I know it goes higher but not sure how high. Rhonda C.
