Well, the original article was light in its logic (I mean really -- debating whether or not there is a supposed "right to homeschool"? One could apply that to anything: a right to eating, a right to singing . . . because it is not expressly privileged does not mean it is expressly forbidden. DUH logic mr philosopher and policy . . .) Plus, mainstream writers, educator, and pundits KEEP revisiting these strangely weak arguments -- when we were young and passionate, I chimed in vehemently; now I just sigh the sigh of the tired and intellectually superior!
