I was reading a story on Fox News Radio written by Todd Starnes about homeschooling being illegal in California. It seems to me there should be some sort of national or state legislation to protect homeschooling families. I'm wondering if there's any chance of this state law in California becoming a precedent setter for the rest of the nation? So, the question I have is what can we do to stop this from happening in other states? Does anyone have any links to homeschool lobbying groups?
Hi! There are several threads here about the issue going on in California. You can also check out the HSLDA website, they have a petition you can sign there too. From what I understand they are working on getting the ruling unpublished right now.
