How do you deal with family who don't agree with hsing

I do not come back with some nifty comment, I just don't give them the change to come against mt choice to homeschool. The second any family or friend says anything negative, the discussion is over. Believe me, they will get the picture once you end that discussion the moment it starts. If they want to understand homeschooling, that is something else. I am for enlightening a person when it comes to homeschooling but defending my choice isn't an option.
