Yeah - I agree with crunchy. FlyLady's stuff is helpful - especially if you're challenged. Some of it we've always done...I've ALWAYS used a timer like a crazy person. We do "Basket runs." I walk thru a room that is knee deep and pick up everything that dosn't go in that room. Then I set the timer and the kids have to grab 1 item at a time and put it away (and no throwing it on the floor in another room - they have to put it where it belongs or it doesn't count.) Even the 2 yr old plays. And I have massive whatnot put away in minutes. Yesterday they did 2 baskets in 3 minutes.
