Yes, I can, Becky! But for what it's worth, Mom was Methodist and Dad was Catholic. After they were married, Mom tried to convert. She eventually walked out in the middle of Mass!

Aww, c'mon! I'm not a bad guy ! Just a little roseanne-ish, maybe! With that class we had to go to it was like your marriage wouldn't succeed if you didn't go to this thing, and the priest wouldn't marry you anyway. If my 1st MIL wasn't such an opressive person we probably would have gone to a J.P. What I wrote came back to bite me in the butt, though. They read the letter out loud in class, and my goofy ex says 'Did you write that??' Chucklehead.
Becky, Thats ok if you are out spoken I use to be very shy and never say anything and everyone use to walk over me like a rug. I did whatever I was told to do weather I agreed with it or not and believe I woke up a few years ago and thought enough was enough so I think it's a good think to stand up for what you believe and your family because if you don't who will. I found that out a month ago when hubby was really sick. I finally had to do alot of yelling to get help. My sister in law always tells me the loudest robin will win. I come to believe that. :lol:
