Right on! It has nothing to do with homeschooling. I didnt see anywhere mentioned that she was actually homeschooled. Just that she was not in school. They are using these cases so they can start regulating homeschooling, but I dont understand why. What difference does it really make to the state if a small part of the population is homeschooling their kids. Really, what is it to them?
