I hope the title of this thread does not upset anyone, but it seems that everything out there is either secular or Christian... nothing else. Has anyone seen any other major religions represented in homeschool resources?

I haven't seen any out there. It is probably because there is not a high enough demand for it. Even homeschool publishers follow the money sometimes. That and a lot of homeschool publishers/providers are Christian and don't want to promote other beliefs.

Perhaps I'll have to start up something myself.

I've only noticed a non-secular and non-Christian curriculum when looking at resources for learning Arabic.

The differences are subtle I'm sure, but it would be nice to see science, history and some literature geared towards Islamic perspectives. When I taught in a private Islamic school we just altered things from mainstream text books as we went along.

That may be the best answer for you. Many Christian publishers started out as hs families. Have you been able to get in touch with other Islamic hs'ers? What do they do? If enough of you could ban together and make your needs known to a publishing company, they might decide the market is there and try it out. As Cabsmom said, they tend to follow the money.

There was very little I found for kids that was secular. Most incorporated Islamic teachings along with Arabic teaching. I ended up choosing a program designed for adults and am teaching it to them that way. I did find a secular curriculum for kids last year that I love. There are a few subtle things in that, but that is more a cultural thing than Islamic teaching.

Maybe there is a growing homeschool market for curriculum with an Islamic perspective. I know there are a good number of Muslim homeschoolers where I live. Maybe you can help fill a need:)
