I don't like paying for printables. I know that with a lot of looking, many free ones can be found online. Then I found enchantedlearning.com - wow! The quality of their printables is so much better! So I did it, I joined for $20/year. I immediately had a really bad case of buyer's remorse until I realized that I'd wasted 3 hours the day before looking for specific printables that I found in 3 minutes at EL. I could have used my time much more wisely. Oh well, I'm absolutely thrilled with my decision now. (And my printer is HOT! lol)
YES!!! I love enchanted learning!!!!! And they add new stuff weekly...... when you get some time check out the past stuff (go into new and then scroll down to the previous years--divided up by months.)
well ladies I went to look at it, it looks wonderful for smaller things I think I might be able to use some but not much. Thanks alot
I love Enchanted Learning. $20 a year is well worth it. During the olympics, my kids loved all of the activities and printable books that they had available. They also offer great links to some great research sites.
Kris, I disagree! Yes, there's a lot for younger kids, but I've found there's still pages with LOTS of information! That's not to say I'd pay the $20 if I had just middle school kids, mind you! But I do think middle schoolers could still get a lot out of it.
Look into the stuff on space. I remember that was especially well done. They got a page on each planet, and LOTS of information. There's also a "quiz". You can print off the quiz, hand it to the student, and have them log on to the correct planet and read the page to find the information.
I have been a member of Enchanted learning for 1 year. They are excellent and well worth the $20.00. They have added so much information since I signed-up last year. They really have everything! Every subject my daughter is doing in school this year they have an activity for. I'm so glad other people have joined too!
