I love the rodeo. Really I do. But I have had quite enough for one year. I have already been six times in the last couple of weeks. It wears a person out. All that walking and noise over and over and over again. The other weekend all I did was sleep and go to the rodeo over and over again for 3 days. If I wasn't sleeping I was either getting ready to go or on my way there. My dh really wants to go tonight and see Big & Rich. My next door neighbor is going to watch the girls. The only way out of this is if it starts to storm really bad which I tought (and hoped) it was going to do. Now here I sit in my tshirt and shorts with hair in a bun and no makeup on and I like it that way!! But no - hubby says I have to get up and get dressed, fix my hair, put on make up and go. Blech! I'm sure I will have fun once I am there. One good thing is I don't have to go again until next year. And nest year we are sponsoring a bbq team so we will have to go even more. Like I said it's fun but gets old after a while.
Oh Tiffany, I hope you have fun, wish I could come and go with you, I love Rodeo's and all those big singers.
Well I went and had an amazing time! I am actually very shocked I had such a good time. We were very please when we got there and found out that it was Xtreme Bullriding night which meant they would only be doing bullriding. Our seats are right behind the chutes so everything happened right in front of us. Another shock was how much I enjoy Big & Rich's show. They were fantastic! They rocked the house and we just loved it. So even though I really didn't want to go, I am glad that I did. Dh and I had so much fun and now it's over until next year.
Oh and Kris I told dh we should have picke dyou and your dh and took you along! I told him you need a well deserved break from the MIL from hell.
That's awesome you had fun! I can't wait until it's time to start getting out more! I love the snow, but it is all melted and everything is brown, not pretty at all.
