Anyone else deal with it? HOW do you deal with it? This is the 5th night in a row that I cant get to sleep. It has been no earlier than 2 am before I even feel tired.

It isnt because I sleep in, because I wake up around 7 every morning. All I know is that by mid day it hits me and I have zero energy.

How much caffeine are you consuming? I've been up since 4 a.m. and didn't get to bed until 12:30. I know it's because I drank 2 cups of coffee yesterday and took Sudafed for my cold. That's enough to wire me. A woman's body holds caffeine form 1 cup of coffee for 48 hours. So if you drink coffee, tea and soda all day, you might be wired.

Worrying can make it hard to sleep as well. And hormone changes. I had a hysterectomy 3 years ago and have to take estrogen or I can't sleep at all.

Don't know if any of this helps. Just what happens to me.

    Good luck!

I walk two miles a day, at least, and it makes me feel so good. Walking in the evening also helps me relax and feel ready for bed.
I walk in the am and pm. Am walking makes me feel energized for the day and pm walking helps me feel relaxed! Hope that helps.

I also don't do much in the way of foods with flour and I eat a big red apple for lunch and that really gives me lots of energy. Cutting out refined sugar and caffeine also helps.

Nope--no caffiene. It is always around that time of the month that I get this way. It was 4 am before I could even feel sleepy. I walk three dogs separately, so thats at least a good mile and a half twice a day.
