    What a small world indeed! I finished undergrad in '87 and continued with grad work until '89. Were we there near the same time?

    I was there from 99-02.

    Me either. My family is the typical "Texas" family with part going to both schools and the rest going to Texas State. Thanksgiving can be a huge ruckus, with both parties leaving BEFORE the game starts.

    We live in Washington now and they like to talk rivalry but the Dawgs and Coogs got nothing (and I mean nothing) on Texas. My older kids wear Longhorn stuff year round. My babies wear a mismatch of both Texas and UW gear.

    I believe most "Tea Sippers" hold a secret respect for Aggies. We know that the only reason Aggie jokes exist is because you guys are so darn smart!
