Hello -- We've been homeschooling here in Texas for 6 years, just started our 7th... And my DH has just gotten a new job (yay!) in Alabama, so we'll be moving in a couple weeks. I just thought I'd reach out. I'm researching umbrella schools right now, and hope to start making calls on Monday.
Congrats!! What part of AL are you going to? As a kid, I always went to summer camp in the NW corner, and now I take my kids to the same camp.
Thanks, Amy! We were supposed to get there tomorrow, but we've had a delay... nothing catastrophic but now we're not sure if we'll make the whole drive tomorrow or just arrive on Friday. The kids are starting to get really excited, while DH & I are just running on adrenaline LOL
