I have a start on my own business! I have posted the hats I make on here for you all to see and you have been so supportive. I want to thank you all for your feedback. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You I have a photographer friend that is helping me set up a web page for my store. I now have the domain name and am waiting for confirmation that it is active. Any time now. I will update you all and add it to my signature when it is ready. Oh, she is going to help me with some professional pictures on children as well. I have my business page set up on FaceBook. If any of you have FaceBook you can type the name "Love Me Cozy" into the search and see what I have done so far. Please be sure to hit the "Like" when you are there. Help me build up a base. You all are so awesome, and I am so excited~
AWESOME !! By liking the page, will it put things into my newsfeed that others might see? Is there a way I can do that?

I popped in just to peek at this post. I will check out if I can link it here and if so I will do it tonight. My DH is dragging me away from my crochet to buy food, sigh!
If you put it in the search box at the top of your facebook page, it should come up as product/service page. I know when I looked this morning, it showed that a couple people had liked it so that was the one I went to and the profile picture is one of her crafted hats (which are AWESOME)
Sorry for just now getting back to you. If you type "Love Me Cozy" in the search bar at the top my business page shoud come up. It has a picture of the yellow Ducky hat for now. I am still in the design the logo phase, lol. When you "Like" the page it allows you to make a comment on it. The comments made are what will go into the Newsfeed on your pages and others will see that. "Like" will also allow you to open the photos (although I think you can do that without "liking" the page). But please "Like" it. I am trying to build it up a little in those numbers so I don't seem too new. I'm hoping that will make it more comfortable for customers to place orders. I am not really pushing too hard for that right now because I have new designs that I am trying to get on the page by next week. They are my original design and I am sooooo excited. In the process of finishing them now. Not going to say more about them. Just please "Like" my page and watch it for updated photos.
I got it and posted to it so the thread would bump back to the page. But if you are look for someone's post you can click on their ID name in a thread. It will bring a menu up and you choose to go to previous posts made by that person and scroll through them. It narrows it down to just the person's postings that you are looking for instead of searching through all the threads on the Spot. Hope this helps for in the future too. Just click on my name in this post and you will see what I mean.
You can also type @Love Me Cozy into your status which gives a link on your personal status to her page (make sure you put the @ sign in front of the Love me cozy). I did it yesterday and will continue to do so from time to time to get people to go there... hope it helps
Thanks Brenda, the @ seem to do the trick. My 16 yr. old dd walked by as I was looking at the page and she saw the duck and said, "too bad she doesn't make sock monkey hats, I'd so love one of those." So sounds like a nice surprise for her.:love:
