What's wrong with these freaks who kidnap these young girls...? Haven't there been like, three stories in the news over the last two weeks? Once a person has been convicted of this sickness they should be rounded up and put somewhere completely away from civilization. Just my opinion.
Becky, I agree it's getting so bad it's not funny. The other I took my two dd's to laundry mat to wash the quilts while we were there a man came in and ask my two little ones if they would light his joint. They told him very nicely I am sorry sir but I don't smoke, he then went on and called them a fucken whore bitch. I had my back to dryer but when I heard it I went right over and told him never to talk to my girls like that. He finally left. But, what I quess I am getting to Becky, is it's a very scary world out there and we need to watch our kids close. It's so sad these little ones can't even walk to library alone any more. What a scary world. I agree they need to lock away for good.
We don't watch tv, so I don't know what is going on in the world. I get worried when I forget something and send my dd to go back to get it. I watch for her until she comes back into my sight. It is a scary world.
These last few weeks of kidnappings from their own homes has made me more aware. I checked with my local TV station and found, through them, the website to find Sexual Offenders in your area. There is one not far away. I looked until I found the County(Farm) Road he was on - so I could be aware. We are in the country and I never felt scared leaving a door unlocked by accident - until now. I can't imagine having someone come into your own home and take someone without hearing anything. I do hope my children will do SOMETHING if someone should ever try anything. I feel so much for those families . I watch my children so close even in a store. I saw a show about sex offenders not long ago and they were talking about people in toy stores and such. I also worked in a library when I was younger. We had perverts that would follow women around who had skirts on and watch for when they would bend down for a book on a lower shelf. Funny how they don't see you coming with a book cart?! Anyway - I watch more and more how my daughter is dressed when we go out. GOSH - don't you just wish it was the 50's again! Sabrina
Oh, I bet stuff like this went on, you just didn't hear about it. Kids didn't have the same rights back then, either.
