Anyone here using/has used KidCoder Windows Programming course with their kids? If so, I have a question for you.
We are using KidCoder this year. We hit a snag...my son downloaded the Visual Basic 08 but did not register it. Now he is locked out of it. We have to try to uninstall it then reinstall it, register and redo what he's already done. You can ask us your question and we'll try to answer it
We got to the test in Chapter 5. One of the questions is about how to clear a text box. My son kept telling me it wasn't in the chapter (I'm not doing the course in parallel, so I didn't know first hand). I kept sending him back, but when I (much later, of course) looked up the answer, *I* couldn't find it in the chapter, either. Has your son gotten that far? I'd appreciate it if either you or he could steer me in the right direction. Thanks!
My son is just beginning chapter 5 and he said he did not read about how to clear a text box either. He double checked though the material chapt 1-5 and did not find it. Looks like we will need to ask through the publishers website....Sorry we couldn't be of more help.
