I have been looking all over the place at lapbooks today, and was wondering if anyone has pics of ones they have done to show off?
That is too cool. On the lunar cycle part--is that layers of papers kinda of fanned out? Also--is the red part just a red file folder with the flaps folded in to the middle? I REALLY want to make these part of their work this year, so any ideas are helpful!
Thanks everyone--this definitely gives me a better idea on how to do these. Dd wanted to do one today, so we might have to come up with something tomorrow.
Dd asked to do one today and she chose to do the state of Nebraska since that is where we used to live. I will have to take pics and upload later. She wants to do another one, lol. I hope she stays this excited about them, because it seems to be a great way for her to learn and show off what she's found out.
I'm not sure how old your dd is, but Homeschool Share is a fabulous resource for lapbooking. Some of them are for the younger kids. BUt some can be used with older ones.
If you search lapbooks on this forum, you will find many discussions and LOTS of resources. Maybe we should have a lapbooking resource sticky.
