Live Cam at Waterhole in S. Africa!

Elephants (2) were drinking and spraying water around tonight. lots of noise to go along.

 

I haven't seen them lately but I am so glad they are still around. I thought they had all left!

 

Nothing right now. 10:51 PM Ohio time.

Ooooh, I found this a couple of years ago and it is the coolest thing! The boys love it too. THNX for the link. I didn't have it anymore!

 

It's 3 am Indiana time...I am wide awake, and sitting here laughing at a giraffe! The camera guy is zooming in on its face and it is licking its mouth over and over and every once in a while it sticks its tongue up in its nostril for a second!! Hey! If you don't have fingers, right?? It is so funny!!!!

At least I have good entertainment while I am awake in the middle of the night! LOL

 

I just saw a jackal and some wildebeest. I can't believe I still like seeing wildebeest!

yea finally got to see them Leslie.. I missed our waterhole chat...Maybe with school starting we can meet here again.

yep see them, going to wake the girls up so they can see them too.

 

Everything looks so dry and crunchy....doesn't look very comfortable to play in!

 

the 2 little ones (baboons) are so cute how they are playing and picking on each other. 2:04 pm

 

Ok...everyone is missing this show! There are 3 or 4 babies playing on the tree holding the camera equipment. One baby actually climbed up the tree and was looking right into the camera and was touching it!!!!!
They were pulling on the cables, too...I kept waiting for the camera to go blank!

Are you seeing warthogs now? And now a giraffe?

 

yes...I don't think I have ever seen the warthog before...there are 2 of them.

 

Thanks Leslie, I was making sure I was seeing the same thing you were. Lately I have felt like part of what I was seeing was taped. This seems to be live. I love seeing the baby baboons. Beth
