I think sixcloar is on vacation this week, right? So here is a new thread for us. I'm at 254.2 - 4 pounds down! I know I didn't REALLY lose 4 pounds, I just finally lost all of that water I was retaining. It still looked good on the scale, though! How are you all doing?
Congratulations, Marylyn! My scale looked good, too, at four pounds down! I had kefir for breakfast and 1/4 cantelope for lunch.
Congrats ladies! My scale was the exact same at 211 this week, but I'm just thrilled not to have gained any of the weight back that I lost during my fast! So here's my new challenge for myself. I signed up to run a 5k in 2 months! I'm following the couch to 5k plan and have been training for about a week now. It's hard but I'm so excited about it and my dh is really excited for me to do it too! I think our focus this week should be to pick a fitness goal to work toward. To often we only focus on the weight, let's all set a different type of goal this week! Amy
Thanks, Marylyn! I'm at 220.5 which is down from my crazy gain last week, but only down a pound from my start weight. LOL What happened to 214??? :shock:
