Dear friends, if you could please pray for a momma in my MOPS group. This precious family has been through so very much! Just a year ago her now 3 year old daughter had to have a heart transplant, she is doing amazing today and has accepted the donor heart. About 6 months ago she gave birth to a little boy, who is healthy and strong! Momma however is not doing well at all. She had a pacemaker put in just a few weeks ago, and last week her potassium levels dropped which caused her to pass out and hit her head! She has been in the hospital ever since with severely low blood pressure, and now a blood infection! Last night her organs began shutting down, and at this point doctors have told the family to prepare for the worst. Please, please, please pray for a miracle for this sweet family, please Lord don't take this mother from her children!
Got news today that she is now being moved to another hospital where they will do surgery to attach a Ventricular Assistance Device to allow her heart to rest, as her own heart is just not strong enough to help to clear out this blood infection! Ladies she is not doing well! She is in a medically induced coma to allow her body to focus on healing, and she has had a breathing tube inserted as well. My heart just breaks for this family, this dear woman is so young, the family isn't ready to loose her! Please pray for healing, I know that God can work miracles, and these dear people really need one!
Oh ladies, my heart is just breaking for this family! They tried to medi-vac her to the new hospital and before they could get her loaded her heart stopped. They restarted it, and she is now stable, but they will not transfer her now, so instead of the VAD, they are going to put her on a heart/lung machine, and that along with the dialysis they are hoping will give her heart a rest and allow her body to fight the infection! Lord, please do not take her yet! I know you can do miracles, and I selfishly ask that you would send her a miracle and allow her to remain here on Earth with her family! Lord, give the doctors wisdom to know how to treat this infection, and to help her heart to be stronger and to begin pumping effectively. Please send down a miracle. AMEN!
