So much for that "socially awkward" homeschool stigma. My daughter was homeschooled for 6 years and returned to public school in 7th grade. She will be going to high school next year and made the cheer squad! She is so excited. She is the strongest person I know and I'm so proud of her. She never ever showed a single bit of nervousness. And worked so hard towards getting on the team. It took FIVE hours for tryouts to be over and for them to get their letters. One of the most nerve-racking days of my life.
