please pray, she is 3 hours late to help a friend recover from surgery and no one knows where she is. She doesn't shop or do spur of the moment things. no authroities know anything about her as yet. we are leaving to look for her.
That's scary! I pray the Lord will take you directly to her & that there will be an understandable reason for her latness. I pray for clear thinking for you & that you will have wisdom to know & do what needs to be done.
Valerie, we've all been forming a big circle of love & prayers around you & your family today. (((Hugs))) from all of us! How I pray that the Lord is keeping you calm & giving you wisdom! I pray that whatever is happening with your mother, that she's being taken care of.
Thank you for your prayers everyone! If there is one thing I know, it is that gathering of us all together in prayer does amazing things through the grace of God. ((((Such BIG hugs for all of you!))) My mom is OK. I think it must be her mental accuities softening. She drove around for 4 hours, not able to find the place. She had directions, she had been there, she had a map, she had a phone book... she never called anyone. Dad took off in one direction, we in another. After 4 hours, she finally just turned around and came home. Ronnie, Evan and I were driving up there, while searching,, to change the message on the machine in case she called, to let her know how to reach us, and there was the car in the driveway. She did not even process how much she worried us. Watching your parents age is an interesting thing. It just brings to mind the grace of God. That as our minds go, God is still there, waiting with arms open wide, loving us as His children. Restoration of all things the promise of the future. He is full of love, grace and mercy, and has only the best for us, despite how strange things may seem for a time.
Praise God she was okay!!!!! I have been so worried about her and your family. I am so glad it is all okay.
