My order was messed up...

grr! I spent a huge amount on my dd16 health curr. for this yr. They forgot to put in the Study guide manual.. the most important part it contains the lessons! I have tried to call them yesterday and today and all I get is the voice mail box. I sent them an email yesterday as well and no reply yet. I can't plan or start it with out the lessons... ... thanks for letting me vent a little... Next step is if I don't hear from them is to go on the facebook fan page and message them there I guess. :?

Did you order directly from the publisher? If not, I'd contact the publisher, too.

 

The company is naturally Healthy.com.. It really is a natural health course but I like that it deals with her health as a young lady... it covers everything.. but I asked and researched a ton on it before I bought it... sigh.. I hope I get this worked out soon.. Janelle has an interest for natural health so I thought I could get her prepared for her future family...

I finally recieved word back from them. They sent me a pdf file of the manual plus the next module for free! I am happy... now just to print things off.
