my son was just awarded a 4 year ROTC scholarship

    Many congratulations! You have every reason to be proud!

    My youngest son is in ROTC and loves it. Trying to get him to do some things is rather difficult, but he needs no encouragement to spend two hours cleaning his boots. :)

    Wasn't the state government in California trying to ban ROTC in PS classrooms?
