I live in a country where it says homeschooling is legal but I have yet to meet a local who is home educating. The ones I do meet are not local they are from another country mostly from the US and they are working here. There is one I have met her husband is a local but she's American. There are a few missionary families that homeschool but they are not near where I live. Not sure where who they are listing as their numbers for this country. As for another country also listed my friend is stationed and there is a nice homeschooling community.
