HI all! My name is Tracy and I homeschool my three children. Grades 3, 1 and K. This is our first year of homeschooling and we went through a program called Dela. Its been a huge adjustment but we all like it. My kids went to PS for 3 years but we just couldn't keep them there. They had really gone down hill, and I hoped we could give them a better education. Welcome! We started homeschooling almost 2 years ago (March 07). Our kids are currently in 5/6th, 3rd and 1st. The oldest started her 6th grade curric at Christmas. Thus hsing is a blessing. She was in gifted ed before homeschooling so I'm finally letting her work at her pace now that I'm more comfortable that we've filed in some of the dreaded "gaps"....lol....can we really fill them all..."nope"....but we sure can try Or at least pick them Glad you found us here at the Spot! We're a very diverse group of ladies but we always try to respect others opinions, lifestyles, etc....or at least respectively disagree
Welcome! There's a bunch of us in Ohio. I'm in Central Ohio, Ohio Mom is your direction near Canton, and Ava is in the Toledo area. There are others, too, but those are the ones that come go mind! I'm Jackie, in my 10th year of formal hs'ing, with three kids...dd14, dd12, and ds9.
