Hi! I am Claire(Bear) and my DS is 4 yo. He's gifted in many area (as many of us know our children to be) and had been a nervous wreck about going to school. We'd been discussing it for the past year, thinking it would free DH and I up to work full-time during the earliest years before HSing. ...but, earlier this week DH finally consented to us HSing! Yippeeeee! :love: Are a majority of you all at-home workers, or does anyone else have the chance to find balance in a out-of-home working, dual-parent, HS/US life?! I'm sure I'll find out.....nice to meet y'all! Very excited about this! I thought it wouldn't happen...but, YAY!
Welcome and congrats on getting Dh to give you the go ahead. I have no advice on the balancing part. I am a stay at home mom who does no other work. Just wanted to say welcome!
