Hi All, I've been browsing the forum for a week or so and thought I'd finally introduce myself. My son and I will be starting our homeschooling adventure this August for the first time and we are excited and a bit nervous! My son is 10 and all boy so it should be quite an experience. We are using the BJU harddrive for 5th grade to start out with. When I began looking into everything involved, I was completely overwhelmed by the amount of curriculum out there so we thought for the first year having everything all in one bundle would help us get our feet wet until we knew what we were doing a little more. We live in Maryland and will be working under the umbrella of a church organization rather than the school district. I'm sure as the year progresses I'll come up with tons of questions for experienced folks on the board Julie

Welcome to the spot. This year will be our first full year. We pulled out of ps mid year. We can't wait to start our adventure in the fall.
