How are those resolutions coming? It is almost a month into them and this is probably a critical period. I have been trying to eat better myself for myself and my family. We used to buy take out at least twice a week and now we limit ourselves to one time. We have kept it up for the first 3 weeks. We also are staying away from unhealthy snacks - no chips, cheese doodles, etc. We have done a pretty good job at this. I must admit I have not conquered Peanut M&Ms :angel: How is everyone else doing? I encourage you to keep going and if your slipping to try a little harder.
