Did you go to the LEAH convention this year? how was it? I had to miss it because dd had her dance recital that weekend
I went. It was pretty good. Not as many vendor sessions but the main speakers were all good. I went to a couple of sessions by Tom Clark who does videotext. He talked about the language of math and he was excellent. The number of vendors was down this year but from what I understand that has been happening at alot of state conventions. Alot of the vendors are having to limit where they go due to the economy. I spent a bunch of money at Rainbow Resources (always hit that one a few times). Next year the convention goes from May 31st- June 2nd so you can mark it down on your calendar. The better attendance we get the better the speakers and vendors we will get.
